Anyone may be made a member of the Eliza Armstrong Cox Fellowship of the United Society of Friends Women International, by payment of $25.00 to the treasurer of the local society, who in turn sends the money on to the treasurer of Iowa United Society of Friends Women.  This amount shall be divided equally between the Iowa Yearly Meeting United Society of Friends Women, and the General Fund of the United Society of Friends Women International.

          Members of the Eliza Armstrong Cox Fellowship shall continue to support the Society through annual membership apportionment and local Society responsibilities.

          Local Societies may honor their members by purchasing a membership for one or more individuals.  This membership entitles the honoree to wear a pin or charm, which may be purchased for a nominal fee.

          A biography and photograph of the honoree are to be mailed to the Recording Secretary for inclusion in the book IOWA RECIPIENTS OF THE ELIZA ARMSTRONG COX FELLOWSHIP AWARDS
