Blueprints are designed to provide material for local USFW groups to study as they meet each month. The Theme is chosen by the USFWI Executive Committee and then the Program Editor searches for writers who can skillfully develop that theme. The theme for the 2014-2015 year is from Isaiah 6:8, “Here I Am.”
“Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I. Send me!” – Isaiah 6:8
In 2014 – 2015, we are privileged to hear the stories of twelve extraordinary women who share their very personal responses to God’s call on their lives. These are stories of courage, risk, vulnerability, strength and obedience. The lessons and experiences they describe range from mountain top highs to simply relating to people in our everyday world.
This year we are also celebrating the 70th Anniversary of Blueprints. The name Blueprints was chosen for the publication as the lessons were seen as a way of providing a map or “blueprint” around which local USFW groups could build their individual programs.
